Everyone has their own schedule to work round, especially in the summer months! To try and create a flexible learning environment I am hoping to create lots of smaller group lessons over the summer. Lesson Info
Opening Leads – This lesson will cover the standard leads against Trumps and NT and explain WHY we use these leads. We will also look through examples of the kinds of things you should be thinking about when picking an opening lead.
Basic Discard Systems – This lesson will teach you how to use a basic discard system to communicate with your partner when defending. You will learn REVERSE ATTITUDE, the most sensible system in my opinion!
Finesses – This lesson will take you through how to spot and execute a bypass and trap finesse.
Landy Defence to 1NT – Landy is a system used to enable a greater range of overcalls over oppositions 1NT opener. It is always a good idea to have a defence to a 1NT opener and Landy is the simplest and the best place to start!
